Field of study: Research activities are directed at the design and development of innovative products based on local resources. In its activities, our expertise group conducts studies in the field of applying scientific and engineering principles in the processing of materials using catalysts or biocatalysts to produce goods and services. In this case, goods are related to fermented foods, feed, beverages, medicines, microbial enzymes, bioethanol, organic acids, degradable polymers, and other chemicals, while in the scope of services, the focus is primarily on water purification, domestic waste management and industrial waste.
