On Friday, 31 January 2020, located in room X239, the Chemical Engineering Student Association of ITB conducted a study with the theme Mastering Languages Mastering the World. The speaker in this study program was Ivan Lanin (TK 92) who is the Director of Lingua Language. On this occasion Ivan Lanin shared his experience of being interested in the Indonesian language world (starting from developing the Indonesian Wikipedia) to the struggle for Indonesian to be used as a medium of communication properly and correctly. This event was not only attended by Chemical Engineering ITB students but also students outside the Department of Chemical Engineering. In parting words, Ivan Lanin gave the message: Prioritize Indonesian Language, Preserve Regional Languages, and Master Foreign Languages.
